The computer market is tough.  At Fairport Computers, you're treated as a real person with computer problems, not a number.  While we can't tell you how to fix your computer yourself, we will repair your computer in a quick and professional manner. 

   Fairport Computers does not charge for the initial Evaluation - it's FREE, always, really!

   Most system repairs and upgrades can be done in a very short period of time, in most cases the same day.  But, while we can't promise they all will be, we will complete your repairs in the quickest time allowed.

    Fairport Computers does reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, the right to reverse, or not honor any customer discounts, reductions, or other forms of reduced fees that have been given on any customer invoice if it is determined that this customer chooses to be rude, spiteful, or in any way berates, or mistreats our staff. In addition to this, a non refundable deposit of $150.00 will be due prior to any work performed.  If any funds remained unused, they will remain on account for that customer to be used in the future.

   Fairport Computers will not be responsible for damages, fees incurred, or any other types of refunds, charges or payments for any work not performed by us. Work by the customer, an agent of, or any other technician or facility on an item will void any responsibility or warranty either written or implied. This includes work that is recommended by, but not performed by us.

   Items turned in for service, or for testing / evaluation must be picked up (and paid for if applicable) within 30 days. A $35.00 monthly storage fee can and will be assessed on any equipment remaining in the possession of Fairport Computers.  Any un-claimed product will become property of Fairport Computers after 30 days and will be disposed of.  As will any product repaired by Fairport Computers, if contacted by us and not picked up and or paid for will be used for parts and or disposed as FC sees fit.  Fairport Computers will not be held  responsible, nor held liable for any loss of information, loss of business or loss of livelihood.
